Dayna Quanbeck, ‘01
CEO, Rothy’s
Dayna Quanbeck is the CEO of Rothy's, the footwear brand at the intersection of fashion and sustainability. Since joining the company in 2019, Dayna has held roles spanning CFO, COO, and President, and has helped build all aspects of the Company. Before Rothy's, she served as CFO of Charlotte Russe and built her foundation in public accounting and investment banking. Dayna serves on the Boards of Rothy's and GLO Pharma, and is a Board advisor to Made In, the DTC cookware brand beloved by chefs worldwide. She and her husband Eric co-founded Ready, Set, Safe!, a California nonprofit focused on school safety. A proud UC Santa Barbara Gaucho with an MBA from UCLA Anderson, Dayna and her husband are based in San Francisco and have four children.
