The AS/UCSB Community Affairs Board (CAB), UCSB's Volunteer Action Center, is dedicated to enhancing the educational experience of all UCSB Students by providing information and easy access to community service work.

CCBER fulfills the university's mission of education, research, and outreach through its stewardship and restoration of campus lands and preservation and management of natural history collections.
The Chicano Studies Institute is dedicated to advancing knowledge on cultural practices, the historical development, the experiences of immigrants and related socio-economic conditions, education, and the health of the Chicano-Latino population.
