In response to the continued improvement in terms of both COVID-19 transmission and campus related infections, campus guidelines for hosting events in campus facilities have been revised. Please reference the following documents which will be updated as needed:
- In-Person Activity Guidance - covering indoor and outdoor events, including protocols for proof-of-vaccination and negative test results, masking, capacity limits, guests and non-affiliates
- Event Guidelines - provided for the following timeframes: February 18 - March 18, March 19 through Spring Quarter
- Event Safety Plan - required for mega-events and also for all indoor events with more than 500 people that involves food and/or drinks
Visitors to campus, along with faculty and staff members who host visitors, should also reference the COVID-19 Interim Visitors Protocol.
