Blinking Screen

Site visitors using Thin Clients may experience a blinking screen when rolling over menu selections. Disabling javascript will eliminate the blinking (along with rollover effects).

Etch-O-Sketch

Internet Explorer users on Mac OS X will occasionally see white space instead of images and text on the web pages. The missing pieces reappear when the cursor is dragged over them - thus we have dubbed this problem "Etch-O-Sketch". This is reported on many web sites, and the current explanation is that it is a bug to be fixed by either Microsoft or MacIntosh. While we cannot offer a permanent solution to this irritating problem, we do suggest that you refresh the web page or empty your browser cache when it happens.
